Spheres is an investment banking firm and family office, with Tel Aviv, Shanghai, and Hong Kong offices.

We focus on China–Israel high-tech ventures, mainly in the Life Science sector. In addition, we cover the High-End Manufacturing, TMT, Agriculture & Food Tech, Clean Tech sectors. Spheres’ team and partners include top CEOs, doctors, commercial lawyers, accountants, venture capital partners, and prominent members of the high-tech communities in Israel and China, all with proven track record and skills in private and public markets investments, negotiations, and execution of complex local and cross border deals, business and technology management, operations, finance, and contracts.

We have accomplished numerous transactions, including equity transactions, investment rounds, and M&A deals, market development, including market research, distribution networks, licensing deals, and direct sales channels. We have also developed specific proficiency in regulatory processes in China, working with NMPA (CFDA), CRC, the Ministry of Commerce, and other relevant regulators, to enable our clients an efficient establishment of their Chinese operations.

We engage clients with innovating technology in a wide variety of development stages - from seed to profitability, from zero to IPO. We have assisted our clients with closing financing rounds from $1.5M to $450M, advise and execute a market penetration strategy and Licensing deals.
