SPHERES CHINA ISRAEL FUND
Under Establishment – To support Spheres activities, we are in the process of raising a fund to do early-stage investments in Israeli tech companies and bring them to China.
The fund will invest in 5 verticals, each a sector that is synergetic with the needs of the local markets in China and compliment Spheres activities: Life Science, High-End Manufacturing, Agriculture-Food Tech, CleanTech, and TMT. For each of the vertical sectors, we will have a strategic investor from China and an expert on the Israeli side. The investees and investors will be able to utilize SITIC to help with the local implementation of the products and services in China.
The fund’s documents will be sent to interested parties after preliminary evaluation.
SHANGHAI – ISRAEL TECHNOLOGIES INCUBATION CENTER (SITIC)
Under establishment – the SITIC will be the first successful China – Israel technologies incubation center. Supported by Shanghai local government and managed by Spheres experienced team, SITIC will become the technology gate through which Israeli tech companies will enter into the China market. SITIC is a part of an eco-system we are creating to improve the success of the Chinese investors in Israel and their ability to cash on their investment by connecting the investee to manufacturing, sales and marketing channels in China.
