Omri Hephner
Managing Director
Over the past 20 years, Omri has been involved in international investments and business development in Israel, Asia, North America, and Europe. Omri has represented numerous major Chinese and international corporations, financial institutions, and investment funds on their cross-border transactions including foreign direct and outbound investments, public and private M&A transactions, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, strategic alliances, buyouts, asset disposals, and reorganizations.
Omri’s experience covers a wide range of industries including healthcare, high-end manufacturing, media & telecommunications, cleantech, energy, real estate, financial services, infrastructure, private capital.
Omri holds an LL.B and EMBA degrees from Tel Aviv University and is a certified lawyer in Israel.

Avi Bargad
Managing Director
Avi has a distinguished 20+ year career that reflects an extensive record of achievement in delivering strong operational and financial results. With an in-depth understanding of global markets and a proven ability to assess market needs and trends, Avi has successfully executed product and sales strategies for many start-ups and helped them grow until optimal success. Avi has hands-on experience working with technology and commercial firms in every aspect of the business from the ground up. Throughout his career, Avi has managed complex negotiations and has closed large-scale deals in China, Singapore, Africa, and South & North America.
Avi holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from UC Berkley and MBA from Stanford University.

Dr. Abraham Ludomirski

Expert in Health innovations (Thesis in 97 – Dean List: ”Digitalization of health for the 20 following years”), Guillaume is a senior advisor for Health companies (from “Start-Up” to Stock Market one) in both Bio and Med Tech.

He has been operating in China for 20 years as a Chief Medical Officer (International SOS 2000-2008), then joined Oasis International Hospital founding team ( CMO then VP - Oasis Hospital in Beijing -2d private International Hospital in Beijing – 2011-2018). He has a unique knowledge of Health with the 3 visions: MD (still practicing 2D/W), Upper Hospital Management (8Y), and Epidemiologist & International Public Health specialist (author book: “Covid XXI”: the first pandemia at the digital age – Medicilline – under printing - France).
Guillaume is a graduate from Paris and Bordeaux Medical Universities (Public Health, GP, Emergency), got an MBA in HEC (Paris) and has an entrepreneur mindset (Founder of a Health Education Company still operating from 2004).
Dr. Ludomirski is the founder of the Vitalife Life Sciences Fund. He is an internationally renowned physician with more than 20 years of experience in life sciences, with particular expertise in medical devices, health home care, and biomaterials.

Dr. Ludomirski founded and developed the SafeKeeping Company (remote monitoring of high risk pregnancies), which was later acquired by a leading corporation active in this area. He has been a consultant to a number of Israeli and American venture capital funds and large medical technology companies, including GE Medical, ATL - Philips, Medison, Matria Healthcare, and QED Technologies. He has instructed and has led several start-ups through the process of raising capital, creating strategic partnerships, establishing joint ventures, and successfully achieving regulatory clearances.

Dr. Murray Cohen
Senior Consultant, Americas
Dr. Murray Cohen is President of Consultants in Disease and Injury Control (CDIC), Inc., an Atlanta, Georgia, based firm specializing in providing expert consultation in industrial hygiene, workplace safety, infectious disease control, and biosafety. He is also the founder and chairman of the Frontline Healthcare Workers Safety Foundation, Ltd. Dr. Cohen retired as a Captain from the Public Health Service where he most recently served as the Chief to the Medical Device Evaluation Laboratory for the National Center for Infectious Disease, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Atlanta. During the seven years Dr. Cohen served in this capacity his responsibilities included the evaluation of the role of medical devices in disease transmission or prevention.
He is an expert in OSHA, CDC, FDA, and EPA regulations and guidelines. Dr. Cohen earned his B.A. in Biological Sciences from the University of Texas, Austin, followed by a M.P.H. in Community Health Services from the University of Texas School of Public Health, Houston. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois Medical Center, Chicago. His honors include a Meritorious Service Medal, Commendation Medal, Citation, and U.S. Senate Confirmation for Appointment to the U.S. Public Health Service Regular Commissioned Corps.

Simon Song
Senior Consultant, China
Currently managing boutique VC funds in Shanghai focusing on green tech, new materials, healthcare and advanced manufacturing areas, Simon had been working in last decades on senior management positions at international corporations including Bank of China, MasterCard International, Temasek, and Shanshan Group. He is a proven business leader with 20+ years of extensive experience in M&A transactions, PE/VC & direct investment, general management, fund raising and corporate finance, as well as providing strategic, administrative and operational leadership at various business organizations in both domestic and overseas market.

Simon had been a Sloan Fellow and got his MSc. in management at London Business School. Previously he also held an MSc. in Physical Chemistry at University of Science and Technology of China.

Sherry Cao
Director
Ms. Cao has vast experience in working with Israelis and Israeli high-tech companies. In Spheres, Ms. Cao mainly participates in industry research, investment analysis, project management and business development. She has good sense and method to shorten the culture gap between China and Israel in business environment. Ms. Cao has cooperated with team to close several equity investments and business development projects in China. Before joining Spheres, Ms. Cao used to work in Shanghai office of one Israel investment banking company, with experience in Israeli high-tech projects in medical, clean tech, entertainment and agriculture fields.
Ms. Cao holds Master Degree of Humanities in Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and Bachelor Degree of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language in East China Normal University.

Victoria Kuznetsova
Business Development Manager
Possessing vast experience in cross-cultural project management of international exchanges and collaborations with China and countries of East Asia in the field of business and joint research, Ms. Kuznetsova has a wide knowledge of specifics of cooperation with Asian countries both at governmental structures level and in private businesses.

Ms. Kuznetsova holds a BA degree in Chinese philology from Saint Petersburg State University and an MA degree in Business and Politics in Modern Asia from Higher School of Economics. Currently studies International Relations at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
